Security Services
Southwest Protective Services provides customized security services for a variety of venues and circumstances. Our trained professionals will help you assess your security needs and suggest a program that best suits your needs and budget.
INCIDENT DOCUMENTATION
All incidents are documented. If a law enforcement agency is dispatched to a client’s property, that agency’s report number is included in our incident report. Incident reports are also created when our officers become aware of maintenance issues or hazards needing attention. These reports are forwarded to the client.
OUR FEES
Our service fees vary with each client's needs and are based on the time spent on the client's property.
INSURANCE DISCOUNTS
Having a security patrol service may save money on business property insurance. Ask your insurance representative if discounts apply.

 24 Hour Patrol Service |
|

We use highly visible marked patrol vehicles for maximum crime deterrence. All of our trained, uniformed officers know the community well. We offer both armed and unarmed patrol services. |

The presence of our high profile, marked patrol units help protect your employees and property. Our checks can either be random or on a schedule provided by the client. Random checks make it difficult for criminals to predict when we will be on-site, thereby deterring criminal activity. |

Lock/Unlock Service |

We currently provide this service for a variety of clients, such as banks, retail stores, and apartment and condominium common areas. In the winter this service is very important, since we are usually the first to arrive in the morning and can notify maintenance of hazards that pose a danger. |

From charitable and church events, to weddings, private parties and festivals, Southwest we are available to help ensure the security and safety of your guests. Our trained professionals can act as parking attendants and help control underage drinking. |

Alarm Response |

Alarm response service is available to Flagstaff businesses and residences using monitored alarm systems. Assistance is offered in conforming with the Flagstaff City Ordinance that requires response within 30 minutes of alarm activation.

Residential Security & HOAs |

We respond to noise disturbances, parking violations, and facilitate towing as needed. For gated communities, security guards are available to staff guard houses—allowing only authorized persons access to the property. In addition, customized security services can be provided for private residences. |

Home Watch |
|

Southwest Protective Services will keep your home secure while you're away. We can be at your home to let workers onto the property for maintenance or repair work. For an hourly fee, we can stay with the workers to assure the security of your home and valuables. We perform regular interior and exterior checks for damage. We can also call for snow removal services as needed, and much more.
